职位描述
Job Title: Lead Electronics Engineer
Reports To: Electronics Engineering Team Leader
Department: COMPANY R&D Center Shanghai
Purpose/Objective:
Rampup staff to support COMPANY R&D project as planned.
Area of Responsibilities:
1. Participate in new product development (product definition, concept and prototype development, verification & validation, design transfer)
2. Electronics design, testing and manufacturing effort for new product development
3. Provide documentation for CE, UL or other standard along with design
4. Work with cross-functional team to ensure product design meets the requirement for manufacturing, cost, service, and regulation.
5. Assist supply chain selection and production process (assembly and inspection) development
Person Specification：
1. B.S. degree or above in electronic/electrical engineering or related
2. Minimal 3 years industry experience in electronics design, testing and manufacturing
3. Technical knowledge and experience in embedded system design and testing (ARM, DSP, Linux, C, etc.) would be prefer
4. Hands-on experience and solid capability in:
a) Circuit design (schematic and layout)
b) PCBA debug and testing
c) System design and integration (component selection, trade-off analysis, knowledge with sensor and actuator, etc.)
d) Experience with Design for Manufacturing, Testing, and Cost
e) Good knowledge of safety standard and EMC standard
f) Experience in supply chain selection and interaction.
5. Medical device or life science product development experience, especially experience with complex system development
6. Global collaboration experience in matrix organization
7. Good problem solving skill (root cause analysis, FMEA, etc.) and technical communication ability
8. Must be a team player
9. Technical leadership experience
10. Good English communication ability (verbal and written)
11. Able to communication in German would be perfer
