POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operational Support
？ Following the operational training, each case must be properly followed up beginning to the very end the logistic of the expatriates moving in/out of China.
？ Personal effect shipments encompass complex logistic processes by sea/air to all continents
？ Interact with all third parties at origin and destination.
？ Interact with operation and pricing departments.
？ Assist on invoicing
？ Track record on operations/quotations/offers

Customer’s follow-up:
？ Follow-up with quotation/pricing
？ Once quotation validated, follow-up with clients with all necessary information

Business Development:
？ Support the development the B to B offers/relationship and identify the right PIC in client company side
？ Event organization on- site support and sponsoring follow up.
？ Implement/maintain prospect database.
？ Help maintaining an impeccable reputation of ASI Movers among the expat community in China (expat internet/forum community).


REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’sDegree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in freight forwarding sales or customer service.
- Strong team work spirit; Confidence & ability to influence decisions.
- Good team player, seen as a strong partner by the development teams involved in clients’ projects.
- Good problem solving,communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated; open-minded and can doattitude. Perfect Presentation is a Must
- You are Fluent in Mandarin, French and English
