Job Scope and Responsibilities 工作职责
1. 负责上海市场设计师&建筑师客户的开发和维护
2. 针对室内设计师，总包，项目管理公司，高端业主，宣传提升地毯品牌形象
3. 开发上海市场的办公项目，协助代理商跟进、签约项目，完成地毯销售。
4. 协助市场部开展品牌推广活动，比如新产品发布会，午餐会等活动
5. 公司分配的其他任务。

1. Be responsible for the development of design& architect clients in Shanghai market
2. Promote carpet brand image awareness for interior designers, contractors, PM companies, and high-end users
3. Explore and follow up office projects in Shanghai, assist the dealer to win the project bidding on carpet choose
4. Assist the marketing team in doing product launch, design event, lunch learn, etc marketing campaigns.
5. Other duties assigned by the company.

Qualification/Experience Request岗位要求
1. 在室内建材 / 设计、装修行业，有2-3年的销售和市场开发经验。
2. 熟悉上海的office market, 熟悉上海的室内设计、装修、项目管理公司。
3. 外语听说读写流利，可以和外资客户顺利沟通，理解客户的想法和要求。
4. 工作态度端正，勤奋努力

1. 2-3 years sales experiences in industries of interior building materials / office interior design / office interior fit-out
2. Be familiar with Shanghai office market, has good connections with the interior designers, contractors, PM companies
3. Have good command of English language, be able to communicate well with foreign clients, understand the client’s requirements and meet the clients’ needs
4. Good work attitude, hard-working, down-to-earth behavior
