Job Responsibility:

？Review payment request for OPEX, TEA in accordance to applicable payment policies, initiate payment in the banking system, and coordinate payment document for SAP entry and DOPA within Accounting team
？Acting as the CTREX Admin to review staff reimbursement and performs monthly employee advance account reconciliation.
？Acting as the administrator for Corporate Card to be responsible for card issuance, monthly reconciliation and arrange payment to individual accounts. main contract with bank on corporate credit card issues
？Provides Corporate Card and CTREX training to end-users and supervisors
？Generate the bank statement from on-line banking system on a daily basis and complete the cash application
？Daily communication with banks, responsible for Bank Account Maintenance, authorized signatories’ updates and liaise with regional Cash & Banking Team on Bank account administration related matters.
？Be responsible for GRIR clearing and AP clearing for CCIC
？Be responsible for monthly Statistics Reporting and Finance Bureau Reporting for CCIC.
？Be responsible for VAT invoice issuance for CCIC
？Voucher Filing
？Ad-hoc projects assigned by Accounting Manager


Job Requirements:

？Accounting / Finance Bachelor degree
？1-2 years of working experience is minimum
？Equipped with Finance acumen, good analytical skills and oriented with details
？Being adaptive, reliable and self-motivated
？SAP experience is a plus
？Being a good communicator and team player
？Able to work under stress and a quick learner
