岗位职责
• Drive the corporate strategy and align the development of people with the UFH organizational goals
• Responsible for daily management of all kinds of intelligence resources within the organization.
• Planning the training and development strategy
• To enhance the capability of the employees in the organization, to help improve the performance of employees
• Designing, managing, evaluating and refining non-clinical training activities that:
- train and enhance the training of non-clinical personnel in their respective disciplines according to UFH requirements
- train UFH non-clinical personnel in patient/family/customer service techniques
- ensure the correct and efficient use of UFH equipment and facilities
• Conducting, facilitating and/or supporting seminars in UFH facilities to upgrade personnel knowledge of the latest non-clinical developments
• Monitoring the training progress of all UFH non-clinical employees in conjunction with the human resource department and/or non-clinical staff offices and/or non-clinical centers
• Collaborating with academic and subject matter experts in the oversight of short and long-term non- clinical training initiatives across the UFH system.
• Liaise with other UFH and service area personnel to enhance a culture of learning across the UFH system. Display training effect on organizational performance.
• Assist with the formulation of appropriate COL budgets.
• Representation of the Chief Learning Officer and/or Vice President for Medical Affairs as delegated.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the Chief Learning Officer and/or UFH Vice President for Medical Affairs.
任职条件
Qualifications:
Graduate level degree (or equivalent) in education, business, public health, medicine, nursing, psychology or communications.
At least 3 years of post-degree, non-clinical training management experience at one or more corporate, academic or charity institutions.
Skills:
Leadership skills and ability to clearly handle non-clinical training management.
Proactive, creative, team leader who can contribute to the development of UFH
Communicating effectively orally and in writing
Using computers, computer software and other digital devices to communicate with professional staff
Fluency in English (spoken and written); working knowledge of Mandarin preferred, but not required.
Knowledge:
Comprehensive familiarity with principles of adult education and learning.
Understanding of proven management principles.
Familiarity with adult education healthcare curriculum design.
Experience with a variety of educational modalities including didactic, virtual, experiential and self-directed.
Ability to design, apply and interpret results and course evaluation tools.

The Director of Non-Clinical Learning will direct and coordinate the non-clinical training activities of the UFH Center of Learning Center (COL). As such, he/she will be responsible for development and oversight of all non-clinical training activities within the UFH system. This will involve setting the strategic direction, organizing the resources, implementing the programs and evaluating the effectiveness of non-clinical training activities across the UFH system.
