岗位职责

1. Administration management

** Meeting schedule and arrangements as well as managing related payments procedure at the needed time.

2. Collect marketing activities on monthly bases and keeping records as well as update material records accordingly

3. Event assistance

** Pre-event preparation

** Placing the promotional products at the right positions within the hospital.

** Post-event evaluation and summary

** Posting promotional posters and event notifications and taking them down afterwards.

** Write event report and fill up event review form

5. Assisting of operating Wechat and Weibo every day.

6. Assisting of communicating with the Agencies and vendors to ensure each marketing campaigns going smoothly.

7. Other responsibilities as assigned by department manager or director/VP

任职条件

1. Bachelor’s degree, 1-2 years working experience.

2. Results-driven, high interest and potential to Marketing job.

3. Ability to work independently under pressure

4. Good computer (MS Office, excel, PPT) skills

5. Professional presentation and manner

6. Good command of Chinese and English

7. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities

8. Comfortable communicating with people (Internal and external)

9. Social media and blogging experience is a plus.
