Job responsibilities:

1.Coordinator of SAMdecaux's Advertising Management System project-Managing the execution of assigned projects and prioritize resources
2.Generate project timelines
3.Brief and Engage Internal Team(s) when necessary

4.Co-ordinate with internal teams to ensure deliverables is timely and meet quality standards
5.Ensure that all members in project team (Sales, Marketing, Operation and Development, Finance-Delivery and Data & Operations) are kept informed of progress and changes6.Attending internal meetings where required. Generate meeting notes and ensure that meeting notes are distributed within 24 hours.7.Timely and accurate documentation of periodic internal and external status reports

Requirement:

1.Degree: Bachelor

2.Working experience: 1+ year working experience at least Major: Major in Business, or English or Computer Science, Software Engineering is preferred

3.Skilled in the use of MS Office suite of products

4.Professional ethics and a good motivator

5.Attention to detail, numerically savvy and not afraid of data

6.Excellent time management and planning skills-able to manage multiple projects at the same time

7.Excellent communication skills-verbal, written and presentation skills

8.Good aptitude for building "partner" relationships with colleagues

9.Excellent team work, and ability to work across multiple teams

10.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
