Job Responsibilities

1. Coordinate handling complaints & claims as required in conjunction with departments, local offices & the network & headquarter.

2. Ensure Corporate standard specifications are adhered to in Asia or alternative specifications are provided.

3. Coordinate handling guarantee as required in conjunction with departments, local offices & the network & headquarter.

4. Secure product & service, performance & quality information & records through contact with advisors, documentations, and analysis.

5. Occasional on-site survey in case of customers' complains.

Job Requirements

1. At least Advanced College Degree, major in poly science, chemical or related discipline.

2. Minimum 3 years' experience on technical aspects of marine & protective paint (including R&D, TS, Technical support or Quality function).

3. Frosio III or NACE II certificate or above is preferred

4. Be familiar with Microsoft Office

5. Advanced English in Reading and Writing, Fluent English in Spoken and Listening

6. Effective communication ability

7. Initiative and Responsible, Analytical, Systematic with priority and detail-oriented

8. Team-Work spirit
