Position: Assistant Manager, HR
Overall: Implement Human Resources policies & guidelines, including C&B, recruitment, managing employee relations and supporting all daily HR jobs.

Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment - Selection & Hiring
2. C&B – Familiar with Payroll/Social insurance/Income tax calculation
3. HR Management – Contract related, Expatriate related, documentation, etc
4. Training & Development

Requirements:
- University graduate;
- Minimum 8 years working experience in HR function, preferably with multi-national companies;
- Familiar with China labor law and relevant regulation;
- Fluent English communication;
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills ;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Computer literacy, especially Microsoft applications;
- Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
