岗位职责

* Interacts and works closely with multiple hospital departments to successfully complete tasks including, Marketing, HR, Finance (able to keep track of costs and revenues attributed to program), Insurance (including pre-authorization, coding and coverage).

* Works with the management team to set both short and long term goals for Oncology, patient care, monitors individual staff performance and overall department performance.

* Coordinates the oncology program with new initiatives in other markets.

* Works closely with marketing dept to ensure marketing/CRM activities are carried out as defined.

* Ensures the continuity of patient care with other hospitals

* Supports communication between healthcare providers of Oncology with other hospitals and government agencies require.

* Prepares and submits meeting reports in a timely manner,

* Keep the management abreast of the effort in marketing and promotion of patient services

* Other duties as assigned by market CEO.

任职条件

Qualifications:

* Bachelors Degree from an accredited medical college or university required; Masters in Healthcare Administration and/or MBA preferred.

* Knowledge of the Chinese healthcare regulatory environment is essential.

* Have a complete understanding of the services that the hospital provides and the level of standards that they strive for.

* Experience and awareness of hospital network policies and procedures in relation to business development and project management.

* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written in both English and Mandarin Chinese

This position is designed for UFH - New Hope Clinical Center and will be responsible for PROMOTING the overall coordination and development of the Oncology Service Line. It includes SALES and MARKETING, developing a competitive business and promoting patient services in oncology.

To achieve this goal, it requires maintaining good relation with internal departments, government agencies and healthcare institutions and organizations.
