职位描述
岗位职责：
1．根据销售合同的产品规格、数量、包装、交货期等具体供货条件和内容，以及与供货商达成的价格和付款协议，在24小时内完成采购合同制作，并交总经理核准;
2．向供应商确认订单，跟踪订单生产进度及交货期；
3．及时做好所有采购合同的整理、统计和归档管理工作；
4．在合同规定的交货期前两天将实际到货情况主动会知内勤销售和物流;
5．及时向供货商索要必需的运输单据，安排物在与采购合同核对无误后交物流进仓/发货；
6．收到供货商发票后对应采购合同汇总整理；
7．综合同期采购合同数和交货期，集中统一安排进口运输，降低采购成本;
8．及时调整更新采购价格表.
岗位要求：
1．了解采购合同的内容及采购程序，文字处理熟练；
2．具备极好的人际交往和沟通能力、语言表述能力；
3．较强的分析能力、应变能力和决策能力；
4．了解纠纷处理程序，具有较强的纠纷处理能力和水平；
5．掌握一定的谈判技巧；
6．良好的英语或德语的听说读写能力。
7．进出口贸易业务知识、经济合同法知识；
8．电线电缆、电缆附件和工业连接器及其生产工艺技术应用方面的知识；
9．常用计算机软件知识；
