General mission:
The Development Coordinator's primary responsibility is to provide assistance to the Development Analyst in achieving precise project follow-up and potential partner database managing. Also you will help preparing reports for analysis and facilitating B-to-B marketing projects.
His/ her assistance and efficiency helps development department operates effectively and efficiently in providing service to external client and internal team members.
Main Responsibilities:
1.Handle project related web inquiries, cold calls and allocate the inquiries to developers in charge. Also keep tracking the inquiries by maintaining the web inquiry follow-up form.
2.Support developers on project documentation and translation, such as Franchise Project Proposal and Investment submission form. Also preparing post-signing documents such as EPITOME, Signing Notification, and Property Announcement.
3.Preparing the monthly Project Update and Development Report.
4.Maintain the potential partner data base and distributing ibis Dev-News letter quarterly.
5.Facilitate development related internal and external activities such as Franchise Exhibition, Dev. / Franchise Promotion Meeting, Investment Meeting, Real Estate forums.etc
Main requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree obtained. Short working experience appreciated but not strongly requested.
2.Good command of Microsoft office pack, especially PPT and Excel.
3.Fluent in English, especially in writing.
4.Able to work in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment.
5.Independently to follow-up information updating.
6.Motivated to work with patience and great accuracy
7.Self-motivated to manage and to prioritize multiple tasks
8.Able to develop innovative solutions to complex problems
