1 Financial Forecasting and Planning
Consolidate and analyze the departmental forecasting information; develop the company rolling forecast report; coordinate the company planning and budgeting process; and develop the plant budget work file in order to comply with company financial policies.
2 Cost Reduction Project
Review the feasibility of the cost reduction projects (TEBIT); review and analyze the variance between financial and department submitted results of the cost reduction projects; and drive the corrective and improving actions in order to meet the cost reduction project targets.
3 Accounting
Develop the monthly financial reports (incl. production efficiency, hourly rate) to top management; develop and drive the implementation of the manufacturing variance report in order to comply with legal and company requirements.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1 Education, Technical Qualification & ExperienceBachelor in Accounting & Finance
2-year finance-related work experience
2 Personal Attributes & Competencies

Communication skill, team work, detail-oriented, effectively bilingual (especially in reading & writing)
