职责：
1、 负责组织行政、后勤、保卫、保洁等工作的指导、协调、监督和管理；
2、 负责公司外联工作，协助总经理处理对外政府部门的关系。
任职要求：
1、 大学专科以上学历，企业管理、行政管理、工商管理等管理类相关专业，三年以上行政管理经验，年龄30-45岁；
2、 有一定英语对话能力，有外企或国外工作经验者优先；
3、 能够承受较大的工作压力， 有独立完成项目的能力，可以同时处理多项工作任务；
4、 对外处理事务中能够坚持原则，维护公司利益；
5、 熟悉现代化企业的系统化运作和管理，熟悉企业行政管理知识，熟悉公司法律事务处理程序；
6、 稳重、踏实、勤勉、敬业，具有优秀的分析问题、解决问题能力以及较好的文字功底；
7、 性格开朗，具有较强的亲和力，优秀的人际沟通、协调、组织、管理能力及良好的外联、公关能力；
8、 有驾驶证，能够自己驾车外出办公；
9、 有大规模正规化运作企业行政部门负责人工作经验者优先；
10、 能够长期在黄岛工作（公司不提供住宿，但提供免费工作餐）；
