JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for the quality control aspects of in-process and finished products,
Draw up quality inspection, test procedure and instruction,
Responsible for QC daily work to meet ISO regulations，to take action to avoid repeatability of problem,
Develop methods for inspection, testing, sampling & training
To train QC team about the products inspection methods and tools,
Work closely with suppliers, production departments and customers to meet all quality requirements.
Requirements:
-Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in quality function with MNC companies
-Able to lead and manage a team of QC technicians & inspectors
-Equipped with engineering and solid production background
-Familiar with best quality practices (both International and local)
-Good communication and people management skills
-Medium level for English written and oral expression（CET4）

职责：
负责产品制程及最终品质管控；
编制检验试验规程和作业指导书；
确保QC日常的工作符合ISO标准要求，同时避免重复性问题的产生；
制定产品质量检查、测试、取样及培训的方法；
培训QC，使其掌握产品检测方法和工具；
与供应商，生产部门及客户密切合作，达到质量要求。
要求：
3年以上企业品质管理工作经验；
有能力领导及管理QC团队；
有工程及扎实的生产工作背景；
熟悉国内外先进的品质管控方法；
良好的沟通及人员管理技能；
英语四级。
