职位描述
Main responsibilities:
1. Responsible for setting up and maintaining TS16949 Quality system.
2. Through continuous improvement in systems and organizations, sustained reductions on quality costs so as to guarantee customer satisfaction and company profitability.
3. To define, design and implement the quality indicators required to correctly control and assess products and processes, including IQC, PQC, FQC.
4. Responsible for quality standards in processes and projects including the introduction, assurance and further development.
5. Reviews external complaints for the purpose of developing appropriate preventive quality tools.
6. Manages and executes quality programs that lead to improvements in quality, costs and overall efficiency.
7. Quality management assessment including the planning, implementation, assessment and control of internal and external audits and assessment as well as the analysis of the results and provision of improvement measures.
8. Advises on the overall quality standards of products.
9. To participate in the quality committee representing China business on corporate level.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering or mechanical fields.
2. At least 8 years related working experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 3 years in management position. Working experience in automotive industry is preferred.
3. Solid experience and good understanding of quality principles and tools (e.g., APQP,PPAP, SPC, FMEA, MSA etc).
4. Familiar with ISO9000 and TS 16949.
5. Proficiency with ERP, MS Office.
6. Good command of English, both oral and writing, able to communicate ideas fluently with headquarters.
