职位描述
Responsibility:
? Participate in the supplier Selection & Evaluation process.
? Audit suppliers in accordance with the Supplier Selection process when required
? Support the Commodity Panel strategy.
? Support Tool & Process Development, including tool/gauge design.
? In coordination with the Quality Strategy Director, consolidate at CS level, a Quality plan with SQA aiming to improve supplier’s performance.
? Follow supplier incident which impact directly the OEM.
? Secure the implementation and progress of the action plan.
? Deploy a continuous Improvement Plan to key suppliers.
? Participate in the supplier Audit through the Escalation process.
? Validate through the escalation process, the supplier’s action plans.
? Train Purchasing and SQ teams to group methodologies
? In coordination with the Quality Strategy Director, supports APQP process on new/modified parts and tool transfer activities during development and serial life, at the request of ASQ and/or SQA
? Ensure that the supplier respect mandatory rules
? Engage a breakthrough quality plan and follow-up with the most disrupting suppliers
? In coordination with the Quality Strategy Director, deploy the SC supplier guideline at Plant level and with Commodity team and ensure that a progress Plan is implemented
? Other reasonable tasks assigned by supervisor.
Requirement:
? Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering or equivalent
? A minimum of 10 years’ experience in Quality Management national and international
? A minimum of 5 years in Procurement
? Networking experience
? Some team management experience can be an asset
? Strong knowledge on Quality tools and methodologies on process approach purpose ….
? Strong training skills
? Good analytical skills
? Ability to build up networks internally through expertise (influence)
? Excellent leadership skills to manage various committees and work in a matrix organization
? Create synergy opportunities to use functional and technical expertise from different teams and suppliers
? Ability to gather internal and external feedbacks
? Vision, strategic, creative, rigor, problem solving oriented
? Ability to communicate to different audiences and cultures ( Sri Lanka, USA, Canada, Europe, Asia)
? Green or Black belt can be an asset
? Two languages, excellent English
? Experience with ERP (SAP an asset)
? About 40% travel
