POSITION SUMMARY:
Work in the areas of C&B and HR Operations on daily support, reports, analysis, and execution.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Liaise with FESCO on employee’s monthly payroll, and double check.
2. Assist to do calculation of sales incentive according to sales incentive policy.
3. Handle employee check-in and check-out, sign all contracts and agreements with new employees. Make filing of employees’ p-files.
4. Assist to prepare compensation and benefit related reports, including all kinds of budgeting and analysis reports.
5. Maintain a promptly updated org chart and employee database.
6. Assist to execute employee benefit programs and monitor the satisfaction rate.
7. Assist to prepare materials for internal audit and external audit.
8. Assist to handle all kinds of commercial insurance.
9. Pick up HK payroll knowledge and assist to calculate HK payroll and related benefit.
10. Be a back-up to other team member during their absence.
11. Take any other project or task if necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:
? Bachelor's degree
? Minimum 2 years of C&B experience.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
1. Good customer service attitude.
2. An expert using excel.
3. A team player.
4. Have some understanding of China labor law.
5. Able to communicate in English.
