The Development Manager - Commercial Real Estate is responsible to identify, analyse, participate in the negotiations and sign up agreements for new Regus centres in accordance with the company's strategic and financial growth objectives.

The Role:

• Responsible for meeting the company's growth targets (number of centres) in a specified region / cities, ensuring favourable business terms of Regus.
• Undertake market investigation for property acquisition
• Work with the senior management team to the addition of new centres to their portfolio
• Ensure financial models are created to project revenues, expenses and cash flow associated with the deal
• Build and maintain a strong network / partnership with landlord / developers and property agent.
• Lead & manage the lease negotiation process including commmercial & legal aspects

If you possess the following qualifications:

• Experience in identifying evaluating commercial real estate proposals
• Bachelors Drgree in related field with minimum of 5 years related experience
• Business Development in Business to Business environments with Financial Acumen
• Commercially astute with a capacity to think broadly and strategically about business issues
• Proven experience in managing a multi level pipline of activities
• Knowledge of the international real estate market preferred
• Established network of relevant contracts
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in English and Chinese (Mandarin) language
