岗位职责

Working closely with HR director of UFH Nursing to develop, implement and evaluate effective recruiting strategies and high quality process to attract and retain qualified nursing candidates, to meet nurse staffing needs from all UFH facilities, specially for new hospitals of the organization.

Implement and further develop sourcing and selection processes, candidate screening process, candidate referral process, and candidate communications processes.

Initiate contact with top nursing schools , nurse agencies ,nursing associations and other resources to develop communication channels and methodology for recruiting nurses;

Proactively get to know nurse staffing need statues via close communications with CNO and head nurses, to justify existing recruiting strategies according to UFH need and labor market situation.

Participate candidate screening and interview process, observe/collect candidate clinical interview feedback, and provide offer proposal, etc.

Ensure that the entire interview required document collection are completed in a timely and effective manner in line with existing processes. .

Build and maintain ongoing recruiting channels including but not limited to job board, job fairs, headhunters, newspaper etc.

Responsible for the ongoing development of candidate pool and nursing applicant tracking methods.

Maintain and analyze statistical reports addressing issues as: cost per hire, days to fill each opening, sourcing channels etc.

Other Duties Performed-

Attends a variety of meetings if needed.

Participates in professional development activities and maintains professional affiliations.

Performs related work as required.

任职条件

Bachelor degree or above

5 years related experience in recruiting /HR field preferred.

Nursing / healthcare background is a plus.

Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English.

Strong Initiative and team player

Excellent communication, negotiating and interviewing skills
