3,Document collection;

4,Document filing;

5,Payment process for office expense & personal claim;

Key Performance Indicator:

1,Made within the requested deadline to avoid delays;

2,No complaints from destination office or customers;

3,No complaints from destination office or customers;

4,100% timely and accurate invoicing;

5,offer correct payment note to A/C department for remittance in time
