Knowledge, Skills and Competencies

? Undergraduate University Degree in accounting. IFRS experience.

? 10 years minimum of experience in supervisory roles

? Fluent in English

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with time management and scheduling skills

? Computer proficiency in Excel processing, spreadsheet, and database applications (Microsoft Office) and business modeling

? Good understanding on Processes and ERP

? Experience in cost accounting. Experience in logistics environment is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

· Responsible for all aspects of the monthly financial and management reporting, including comments and analysis on results and KPIs.

· Responsible for the statutory and tax books.

· Comply with GAAP, Tax, VAT, Customs and any other regulations (LME…), controls (internal, policies), bank covenants, etc

· Support Business transactions and ensure it is recorded appropriately.

· Manage the Group’s structure to be tax and cost effective.

· Provide support to Management business development projects.

· Prepare forecast and business model

· Anticipate and identify risks

· Optimise administration Process (with ERP, Shared services,…)
