职位描述
Job description:
- lead and coordinate FEA projects either of Chinese customers or projects outside China
- plan and guide the FEA engineers to perform assigned projects
- carry out and support customer projects with focus on structural analyses (FEA)
- build, interface and maintain good relationship with customers
- be creative, sensitive to customers' demand
- clarification of customers' specifications and requirements
- support to acquisition activities between Sales and Engineering Locations
- make good company/technical presentation to customers
- participation of company marketing activities
- make and manage regular working plan and travel plan
- report to team supervisor, functionally report to corresponding business department of ECS
- reporting, preparation, facilitation, writing minutes, coordination, follow-up project, reviews and action items at the customers
- liaison with all parts of MAGNA Powertrain Group as necessary
Requirements:
- at least bachelor education, preferred in Mechanics, Automotive or Vehicle Engineering related discipline
- at least 5 years' CAE work experience and at least 2 years as project manager in automotive industry
- experienced with structural analysis (FEA) regarding topics like strength, durability, NVH
- being familiar with software packages like Hypermesh or ANSA, NASTRAN, ABAQUS, ... and FEMFAT is a plus
- computer literate Microsoft applications (including MS-Office, MS-Project)
- very good English communication ability - spoken and written, German communication ability is a plus
- good presentation skill
- must be a proactive individual with good team working skills
- routine in negotiations
- able to work under pressure
- have good communication skills
- be able to work in a team
- be able to work to deadlines
- be well organized and pay attention to detail
