We are representing a well-known electronic manufacturing company to seek for a Senior Process Engineering Manager due to the expansion in China.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead and monitor a team of engineers to participate in developing, implementing, maintaining efficient manufacturing processes, and respective trouble shooting from pilot run through mass production
2. Review production process, operations and workflow on a regular basis, initiate proposal, verification and drive for improvement in aspects of productivity, quality, cost and safety
3. Support on Productions Capacity improvement (Machinery, fixture, workshop layout, standard time, material flow etc.)
4. Identify improvement opportunities in all production process and drive for the results through the application of Lean & Six Sigma methodologies or other best practices
5. Define production standards by using scientific methodologies includes KPI, analysis of cost effectiveness and efficiency process flow study, time and motion study etc.
6. Review technical skills versus industrial standards and drive for improvement
7. Provide training and coaching to production leaders for professional set up of lines and best practice in production processes
8. Perform all ad hoc assignment by management

Job requirements:
1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
2. At least 8 years solid experience working in sheet metal and /or plastic industry, with minimum 5 years in managerial position and with solid experiences in Continuous Improvement in Production Process Program PIE, IE, PE and ME related
3. Strong leadership, good team player with excellent analytical skills
4. Good communication, language and interpersonal skills
5. Proficiency in PC operations, CAD application, design and develop fixtures
6. Knowledge in modular and platform design, sensors, transducers is a plus
7. Familiar with ISO9001/TL9000/ VDA6.3 quality system is an advantage
8. Required to station in Shenzhen PRC
