Responsibilities
? Conduct industry research, management interviews and site visit in various industries independently;
? Interview with management, collect and analyze data/ information obtained from various channels;
? Drafting reports for portfolio valuations / individual asset;
? Develop and analyze complex financial models, perform financial analysis (historical performance review, financial forecast, free cash flow analysis etc.).
? Appraise company or asset values using income approach, market approach or asset based approach for transaction purposes, financial reporting purposes and tax purposes etc.
? Communicate and work closely with clients, targets, and other professionals in financial due diligence, legal, tax and etc. fields.
? Occasional Travel domestic will be required.

Requirements
? Bachelor Degree or above, major in Accounting/Finance
? Experiences in valuation/ consulting firms is preferable but not a must
? CPV,CPA and CFA is preferred
? Strong Excel knowledge and good report writing skills
? Competent research skills and ability to analyze financial statements and forecasts
? Strong analytical mindset and may work under high pressure
? A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skill
? Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Fluency in Mandarin is a pre-requisite)
