职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Complete assigned investment deal from start to finish in efficient professional manner.
2. Source and create business opportunities by developing existing and potential client relationships and assisting department to win new clients.
3. Active project management, mange multiple tasks, and concentrate on deal closing.
4. Ensure tasks / projects are completed in a timely efficient fashion benefiting the client.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in real estate, marketing, finance or economics is preferable.
2. At least 2 years of experience in commercial real estate agency / investment.
3. Strong network of project sourcing and sales skill.
4. Strong customer service sense and negotiation skill.
5. Fluency in written and spoken English & Mandarin.
6. Strong inter-personal skill and team player
