Job Description
- Participate in project execution to be the ultimate guarantor of customers’ satisfaction and internal partners and,
- if quality is not reached, propose holding up launches
-Translate quality objectives listed in the requirements into quality commitments to be met in the project and validate consistency of project quality plans
- Choose quality methods, tools and systems, derived from the Group's quality system, to be used in the project and guarantee that they are effectively used and develop competencies of the project players in the use of the chosen methods and tools and the compliance with the quality system.
- Evaluate risks during the project and propose corrective action plans
- Formulate a “GO-NOGO” opinion regarding quality risks at each project step

- Work in Shenzhen Office.
- Travel to factory, suppliers and subcontractors as required.

Qualifications
1. Required skills & knowledge for the position:
- Minimum 5 years experience in Quality Engineering.
- Familiar with product development process, design rules, and manufacturing audit etc.
- Excellent in developing product validation plan, evaluating risks during the project, and propose corrective action plan.
- Experience in ISO9001, and preferred with Safety Standard & National Standard knowledge.
- Experience in Quality Tools such as DFMEA, 6 Sigma, G8D, Data Analysis tools (e.g Minitab) and etc.
2. Required Educational Background & Professional Experience
University degree or Colleage in Engineering discipline or equivalent.
3. Languages:
- Excellent command in spoken & written English and Mandarin.
4. Other Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal & communication skill
- Excellent organizational skill, effectively driving cross functional team to achieve predefined result.
