Our Global Sales team has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join us as a Service Excellence Leader, CN. Our aim in Global Sales is to acquire and develop contacts by selling and executing profitable solutions that can only be realized by a personal interaction "the human touch". The key responsibility for the successful hire for the Service Excellence Leader, CN is to lead the local market in improving, developing and leveraging standard best practice processes & service excellence globally.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve service performance for customer by using CI methodologies;
  • Work with local CS Team to embed changes within the business. Identifying what changes in processes, procedures and practices are needed to achieve change and deliver the planned benefits. Engage key stakeholders to discuss change issues and encourage and motivate them to embrace the change and realize the benefits.
  • Support identification, grooming and develop of change & process improvement talents in local market;
  • Identify and ensure best practices related to system and process improvement are well communicated locally and regionally.


Pre-requisites:

  • Change Management Skills: Acts as change agent, taking lead to drive positive changes by improving business processes to satisfy customers' needs;Candidate should be trained internally and able to apply Change Management Tools;
  • Process Improvement Skill: Attention to details and have a passion to investigate into issues and resolve problems. Candidate should be certified with Green Belt;
  • Technical Background: Sound working knowledge and experience in SAP/ end to end Order to Cash processes;
  • Service Excellence: Able to translate customers' voices into functional E2E priorities and lead cross-functional E2E improvement activities;
  • Influencing Skill: A skilled influencer at senior and operational levels, with a demonstrable ability to negotiate and always aim for a win-win outcome in the best interest of the organization.
