岗位职责

1、客户现场支持
1) 为上汽项目开发工作提供现场技术支持，快速响应客户需求；
2) 负责迅速处理客户0-km投诉，跟踪处理投诉结果，提高客户满意度；
2、客户项目应用开发
1) 分析客户需求；
2) 基于现有平台做应用变形开发；
3) 对内外部客户进行支持；
4) 跟踪项目进度；
3、过程改进
从提高开发效率和开发质量角度提出开发流程的改进建议；
4、质量控制
1） 确保在项目开发过程中全面符合已定义的质量流程；
2） 确保开发产品无质量问题；
3） 解决ECU关于系统，软件，硬件的质量投诉问题。

岗位要求

1、汽车或发动机相关专业本科或以上学历；
2、1年以上发动机电子控制系统或者整车动力系统集成等相关的工作经验；
3、熟悉汽车发动机控制系统和电子控制器的开发过程；熟悉动力系统故障的排查和维修方法；有良好的沟通技巧及客户服务意识，会用8D等质量工具；英语或德语熟练；有驾照优先。
