职位级别: Entry (0-3 years)


岗位职责

· In line with UFH Group initiatives, collect and analyze training needs, based on which, create, implement, and follow up on annual training plan. Take full advantage of internal training resources and also work with external suppliers so as to provide targeted training support to departments/clinics.

· In-House Training Conduction and Delivery: participate in developing internal training programs; deliver assigned internal training courses(eg. bi monthly hospital orientation to new comers; hospital JCI standard training) in order to provide the appropriate courses to meet the identified training needs

· Facilitate classroom and non-classroom based activities as an integral part of the learning and development solutions.

· In charge of UFH’s online learning system---UFH University, including collecting online training needs/materials from departments/clinics; working with vendor to create trainings online and further modifying courses according to demands; following up on training results & managing training record on UFH University; system maintenance.

· Deliver Hospital Orientation in both English and Chinese.

· Based on organization needs, design, develop, and deliver training programs & courses for different groups of staff.

· Develop and deliver JCIA training series with QAS, create training handouts, tests, and evaluate the effectiveness of the training. Make sure staff is well aware of the knowledge required by JCI.

· Track compliance with mandatory hospital education, e.g. Annual Policy Reading & Code of Conduct Annual Refresher.

· Coordinate with HR officers & training peers of other facilities to better give training services to the organization.

· Evaluation & follow-up. Collect feedback from participants on training course delivery quality; follow up the behavior change & competencies improvement after training, in order to achieve the best training result. Summarize and provide monthly training report to L&D manager for review.

· Document control---Orientation Homework, Annual COC sign-off sheets, training tests, etc. Know the training record status of doctors & nurses.

· Other duties as assigned by L&D manager, HRD or Hospital Senior Management.


任职条件

· A bachelor’s degree in education, business administration or liberal arts or three to five years of teaching equivalent.

· Minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in creating and developing training plans for organizations with over 500 staff preferred, and experience in creating training materials from policies and procedures preferred

· Hospital, hotel and/or service industry training background recommended

· Advanced Oral English fluency preferred

· Mandarin fluency preferred

· Certified Trainer preferred

· Training course development/delivery skills

· Microsoft Office operation skills

· Presentation Skills

· Adult active training techniques and in-house training management skills
