职位描述
Job Responsibility:
? Perform thorough credit reviews on credit applications including reviewing documentation, financial analysis, using credit scoring models
? Provide recommendations and comments on applied credit lines
? Work directly with Sales Managers to negotiate during credit reviews
? Monitor credit line utilization and violations
? Perform mid-year and annual credit reviews as required
? Perform monthly account reconciliations
? Prepare all necessary management reports and distribute appropriately
? Perform review of Allowance for Doubtful Accounts as required
? Answer internal/external customer and dealer inquiries as well inquiries from Regional & Corp Credit
? Accounts Receivable monitoring
? Prepare credit analysis package and summarize key issues for the monthly Credit Board Meeting
? Coordinate and lead the presentations for the Credit Board Meeting and prepare meeting minutes
? Backup for customer inquiries and AR/order check when Credit Analyst is on leave
? Solve AR and blocked order issues as urgently
? Ensure AR billing, clearance & past dues are reconciled for monthly closing
? Update and maintain customer master file
? Visit key customers as requested by business leaders
? Performs other ad hoc requests as required by Manager
Job Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or above in Accounting or Finance
? Credit knowledge and previous experience a must
? 5-10 years work experience with 5 years working in Credit function of multi-national company
? Oil & Gas Industry experience is a plus
? SAP experience is a plus
? US GAAP experience is a plus
? Self-starter and team player, able to prioritize and manage multi tasks
? Good command of both oral and written English
? Excellent communication skills
