Technical support for jig manufacturing stage;
工装夹具的设计制造

Prepare for the machining program; Test the program on the machine for the prototype;
加工程序的准备和首件零件程序的检查和确认

- Optimize the program with better parameters to improve the efficiency;
加工参数的优化

- Analyze the parts drawing and Design/select tools, fixtures and test equipment for CNC machine;
分析零件的图纸，选择或设计刀具/夹具及其检测工具；

- Final approval of the jigs;
最终的夹具确定

- Supervises or provides advice employees while operating various machine tools;
对操作工进行技术指导

- Develop skilled fitting, timing, adjustment, and construction of tools.
生产过程中各种数据的及时汇总

- Improve production performance.
生产效率的改善


Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in mechanical manufacture;
机械制造本科相关专业

- At least 3 years in programming,jig development or parts machining;
至少三年的编程和机械加工经验

- Rich experience in programming system, especially Siemens system;
熟悉编程系统，特别是西门子系统

- Familiar with the cutting tools and the characteristics of the tools;
熟悉各种刀具的特性及其加工参数

- Familiar with mechanical design software (3D is preferred);
熟悉机械设计软件，3D优先

- Good experience and understanding of machining benchmark.
熟悉数控机床
