V. Job Description
Duties
1. Identify and attract projects, projects clients and inquiries
2. Develop strategic long term relationship with customers; focusing on Project Logistics.
3. China-related key projects focus & marketing
4. Project owners visiting and approaching
5. Project Tender-Management & Project Negotiation
6. Market monitoring on multipurpose / heavy lift / conventional vessels
7. Industrial project cargo collection and sourcing
8. Engaging in supervision and organization of special projects
9. Initiating regular sales meeting and set up sales target/plan.
10. Extensive travelling within designated region
11. Keen focus on results, performance, accountability and continuous improvement.
Capabilities
1. 5-10 years sales experience in marketing, sales or similar area with existing network this industry.
2. Good command and organizations of conventional shipments and project shipments
3. Good knowledge of common and customary trade terms ( Incoterms )
4. Business Environment/Relationships
5. Excellent analytical, negotiation and organizational skills
6. Flexibility and Problem Solving skills
7. Be passionate and interested to join a fast growing startup and making it happen in China
8. Be aggressive to approach clients with customer-oriented spirit
9. Be visionary to foresee possible risks and avoid/minimise by managing risk control

1. 全权负责监督、组织协调、工程项目的开发与操作,包括:
1) 担当区域投标负责人,参与投标中商务书标的讨论
2) 与分包商联系并商讨有关的技术可行性/运价/舱位等。
3) 负责来自海外或客户的询价,决定一般销售价格。
4) 跟踪维护来自海外或自己开发的销售线索。
5) 策划销售会议并制定销售目标计划。
6) 发现销售在业务开发中遇到的问题并协助解决。
2. 工程项目客户的开发和维护,包括:
1) 中国区域的主要项目维护开发和市场调研拓展
2) 辨析、洞察、开发项目客户,价格策略吸引客户,建立长期客户合作关系
3) 走访工程项目的客户
4) 能适应出差
岗位要求:
1. 对工程项目物流有一定的认识。有工程项目的操作经验。
有大件货及散杂货国内、国际运输的操作经验。
2. 有相关客户开发及商务谈判的经验。
