Senior IT Specialist & BRM
This role is based in Tianjin who will Report to IT System Manager.
About the Organisation:
This is a Global Leading Automotive Company.
Key Responsibilities:
work with business department to evaluate and analyze business requirement, such as request evaluation, report requirement specification analysis, user interface etc.
provide proposal & consulting for business requirement
improve, optimize and develop business process function relates to SAP modules
work with internal application team, HQ IT core team and third party for system development, improvement and maintenance
participate to or responsible for new SAP project implementation as assigned
responsible for related IT internal unit test and work with users for integration test
participate to or responsible for SAP documents preparation such as blueprint, user manual, training material etc.
knowledge transfer and training to key user and end user
to work with application team, to deploy share point system to business
to support local IT purchasing with business team & related IT function team
to work with local IT helpdesk & China IT infrastructure team, to provide daily IT service to end users
to work with infrastructure team, to monitor and maintain LAN, WAN & Local plant server
to coordinate local IT Engineering requirement, and support it
Key Requirements:
BA/BS Computer Science or related field
7+ years working experience in Information Technology, at least 2 years IT management / project management experience
ERP experience, SAP preferred; Solid knowledge on IT application System, especially on SAP Logistic modules
understanding of business processes
experience in systems analysis and problem solving
good communication skills
good writing and oral English
experience working with Automotive Sector/Organizations
project management experience is a plus
good understanding of LAN, WAN & Server technologies
