工作职责：

1、负责公司汽车维护保养产品的销售和技术应用，收集整理行业发展信息和市场情报；

2、针对客户进行专业汽车养护产品和整体解决方案的销售、培训及服务支持；

3、参与和组织业务领域内的相关项目投标，按照公司计划达成销售目标；

4. 配合市场人员组织实施市场调研、市场推广及宣传活动；

5. 拓展经销商网络，对经销商进行有效管理；

6. 组建销售团队，组织销售会议，对销售人员进行培训及支持。

任职要求：

1、汽车、机械、化工类相关专业本科及以上学历；

2、五年以上汽车维修保养相关产品销售经验，有4S店管理工作经验者优先；

3、熟悉汽车构造及维修保养操作流程，能独当一面开展工作；

4、有良好的沟通和表达技能，能进行专业的产品演示；

5、具有良好的市场分析能力，创新能力，积极主动；

6、能适应经常出差，且能够承受工作压力；

7、熟练的英语沟通能力和计算机应用能力。

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for building sales channels of automobile maintenance, repair, operations products and also collecting, analysis the competitor developing trends and market information in the industry;

2. Provide professional automobile maintain products, whole problem solving sales, training and service support to the customers;

3. Join and organize the project bid in the operation area, and achieve the sales target;

4. Cooperate with the marketing specialist to actualize marketing research, marketing extension and propaganda;

5. Expand the distributors’ network, and manage them efficiently;

6. Build sales teams, organize sales meeting, training and support to the salespersons.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor and above degree in automobile, mechanical or chemical background;

2. At least 5 years sales management experiences related to automobile maintenance, repair, operations products, especially in 4S shop will be preferred;

3. Familiar with automobile conformation and maintenance, repair operation flow, can take charge of a department development;

4. Good communication and expression skills in order to show the professional products;

5. Good ability of market analysis, creation and initiative energetically;

6. Willing to travel and sustain under the pressure;

7. Excellent written and oral in English is needed, good skill of computer.
