职位描述

Responsibilities:
1. Manufacturing
Ensure the most cost-effective production process according to the plans defined by Manufacturing planning, while meeting the production schedule with best quality at lowest possible costs for local and abroad business units. Ensure that production department. Achieves / exceeds line productivity and efficiency targets. Responsible for overall lines’ efficiency, loss, productivity, energy, production volume, flexibility. To assist the department Manager to complete the production targets with regards to both quantity and quality within the safety requirements as well.
2. Quality
Responsible that all products produced at lines are complying with product specifications. Ensures that all quality (HACCP, GMP) and safety regulations are in place, monitored, and followed by corrective actions. Support SSE programs and reinforce safe behavior of manufacturing team members. Act as safety leader in the Section. In charge of training the Production employees and ensure subordinates have qualified skills and knowledge to fulfill their job responsibilities.
3. CIP and Conversion
Bear responsibility for productivity and CIP projects of the production department. Responsible for the integration of technical/maintenance expertise into the section. Responsible for managing technical workers in the section to ensure an optimum use of M&R (Maintenance & Repair) budget and preventive maintenance activities to be conducted in accordance to the planEnsure that all SOPs are well implemented around Production department.
4. People Management
Manage teams and ensure individual people development and guidance. Ensure proper training for section team members. Bear overall responsibility for establishing a team culture at the lines by providing clear understanding of the requirements for the CIP culture (e.g. organization, TPM, behaviors/attitude and culture). Communicate plans and information to section teams and follow through on all commitments. Responsible for the progress of TPM-AM in relevant area and coordinate problem-solving activities in the shift and make sure the solutions are implemented.
5. Controlling and Methods
Responsible for preparing section’s budget, as well as for adherence to budget figures, tracking and reporting of deviations. Definition and tracking of conversion process relevant KPIs as well as definition of capacity and line staff requirements as the basis for production planning and product costing. Is responsible for payback calculation for projects and cost calculation for products in the section together with Manager Manufacturing. Responsible for correct collection and registration of cost and line shift performance data for the production department. Coordinate the trials of new products, materials and equipment in the Shift.
6. Production Planning
Provide expected customer service for each BU by producing according to production plan and production compliance based on target cost. Responsible for production planning and scheduling in the section following the demand requirements defined by S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning). Guarantees increase/decrease of production output by DVL planning (usage of temporary workers, seasonal staff, vacation planning) and assures contingency plans if needed.
7. Safety
Measure security, safety and environmental performance, initiate corrective actions as appropriate and follow up on their effectiveness.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Education, qualifications and training:
2. University degree in Manufacturing or Engineering (concentration in Food Industry is preferred).
3. Knowledge of English language
4. Good knowledge of manufacturing process
5. Manufacturing systems (MFG/Pro), good PC literacy (MS Office)
6. CI for All

5. Set Up of Corrective Actions in Case of Deviations
6. Identification of Main Cost-Drivers for Further Productivity Potential
7. Specialized knowledge or skills required
8. 2 - 4 years in Manufacturing environment (Production, Maintenance, Engineering preferred)
9. Optional CIP or TPM background is an advantage
10. Experience of managing people and function
