职位描述

Support the sales business in the regions and Implement the sales strategy in accordance to sales company defined strategy, in cooperation with related business units in sales company regions. Achieve sales targets for each of the market in the assigned regions.

Responsibilities:
1. Business development of a specific region (via distribution / key accounts / value added services)
2. Participate in the development and implementation of MU strategy
3. Give active support on all products and processes to Sales Company within the assigned business areas
4. Set up good customer relation within the assigned areas and continuously map and understand customers’ needs and feedback
5. Improve the market share of AL’s core products
6. Collect, feedback, analyse competitor intelligence for action plan
7. New products and applications push
8. Follow-up and monitor projects
9. Develop and have good knowledge of the key processes and tools within the responsible areas
10. Coach and develop local RSO team resources and competences in line with respective business potential.

Knowledge:
? Technical university degree, preferred major(s) in machinery or engineering related (required)
Skills:
? Proven sales experience ( >7 years working experience in Chemical or Mechanical, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Food or relevant industry)
? Management and leadership skills
? Independent and situational
? Good communication & interpersonal skills
? Good negotiation skills
? Good contacts & relationships with customers
? Technical & commercial understanding, business-driven
? Fluent written and spoken English, good PC skills (required)
