岗位职责

• Work with relevant team to define the strategy/plan for customer acquisitions and execute the plan.

• Build a strong sales team to manage corporate accounts, provide on-going training and development

• Manage numerous corporate accounts on a on-going basis; Follow-up on sales activities, maintain and manage cooperative relationships

• Prepare negotiation materials following company guidelines and lead the negotiation processes and bring successful results

• Provide key inputs to new product/services offerings and expansion into new growth areas.

任职条件

• At least 8 years of professional management and team-leading experience in sales function with large MNCs in China.

• Team player, excellent interpersonal and communications/negotiation skills, strong in business development and relationship management; strong planning and execution capability is highly desirable.

• Good command of English and Chinese (speaking, written) and good computer skill in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc

• Positive, proactive and persistent; with an open attitude, be fair and flexible

• University degree education above

• Strong client management capabilities

• Excellent communications and presentation skills

• Outstanding negotiators, willing to find win-win solutions

• Professional appearance and manner

• High level of familiarity with corporate accounts

• Healthcare industry experience preferred

• Good knowledge of affluent Chinese consumers and premium brands
