职位描述
岗位职责：
1.生物、制药或医学检验相关专业本科及以上学历；
2.有至少3年以上诊断、医药行业相关工作经验；
3.熟悉验证过程，能独立的组织验证，并熟练编写验证相关文档；
4.能熟练的运用数据分析工具和质量评估软件，并了解风险分析相关知识；
5.有独立的项目管理经验者优先；
6.英语六级，听说读写良好。
岗位要求：
1.承担体外诊断试剂新产品的工艺开发，通过组织转产验证，评估新产品性能，使经过细化的工艺适合生产过程;
2.承担生产过程的技术指导，培训生产人员，对生产线实施在线支持;
3.调查和分析不合格原因，分析解决生产线异常，为工艺改进积累数据和经验;
4.负责生产项目的工艺改进摸索和工艺参数优化，通过验证落实到生产，不断提高产品的质量，降低生产成本。
