Main Purpose
The Stock Controller position will be responsible for ensuring that the stock control procedures are adhered to and data entry is accurate and timely for all Impala China warehouses. They will be customer facing , and also working with the logistic team (manager and local providers), supervising the day to day in/out movement from each warehouse location, and providing quick and accurate updates to all customers.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Experience in a logistics and/or warehousing environment
- Strong communication skills and numeral literacy are very important
- Ability to be flexible and work to deadlines and under pressure
- Accurate and efficient working style with good attention to detail to complete the daily processes
- Open Personality with energy and drive
- Working knowledge of Chinese Customs procedures and regulations, including (but not limited to) HTS codes,

FTZ warehouses, Import/Export clearance processes.
- IT skills: Excel, Word, Outlook


Key Responsibilities
- Written and verbal contacts with customers and receivers
- Written and verbal contacts with 3rd party warehousing and shipping agents, and service providers.
- Daily upkeep ,and supervision of local data in putters, of the IMPALA warehouse management system and

customer reports
- Supervision of the issuance of all warehouse Receipts and Releases within the network
- Ensure that warehouses are carrying out the correct procedures and that their stock control is accurate and

timely by carrying out periodic visits and audits on warehouses
- Working closely with the freight management and finance teams to ensure operations excellence and

profitability for the company
- Any other tasks to support the IMPALA China operation, including: Administrative, Finance/Accounting, Sales

and Human Resources
