职位描述
Mission
* Develop business in China & South East Asia
* Main Products:
- Pedestrian doors automation
- Gate and barriers automation
- High speed doors
- Overhead sectional doors
* This position will report to Manager abroad.
* The main goal is to develop and structure the sales network, managing distributors and dealers' sales, expanding the position on the local market, improve the profitability and bring the sales organization to the next level of performance and development.
* This position will coordinate a local sales rep and a technical commercial specialist and will directly cover and travel through the S.E.A. Region, including Thailand and Korea.
Responsibilities:
*Consolidate, develop and structure the sales network by managing distributor and dealers sales;
*Work with the region's business plan, budget and strategic processes;
*Build and strengthen customer relationships as well as develop local networks;
*Cooperate with Technical support and Customer Service at the back office in Italy;
*Deliver accurate monthly sales forecasts and timely manage reporting of results, strategic development and address management issues.
Requirements:
*Excellent knowledge of the markets
*Commercial education at University level with a strong technical background;
*Experience from the relevant region in the automatic entrances industry is a must;
*Demonstrated commitment (strong track record) to building strong business relationships with customers;
*Self starter (entrepreneur) and a natural motivator;
*Excellent sales, presentation and negotiating skills;
*Languages: Native Chinese, fluent English, other local languages are a plus;
*Availability to frequent travels for most of the working time.
