工作职责:

1、 缺陷件分析

1) 根据缺陷件分析流程, 对所有0km退回件和投诉件做100%检测分析；对售后退回件和投诉件按QMC规定的比例进行检测。分析并提供分析报告供责任部门改进

2) 对分析流程的更新和补充

2、 检测设备规划

为了提高对缺陷件的分析和检测能力，对检测设备和分析能力进行评估，编制投资和更新检测设备计划

3、 客户支持

当客户发生质量问题时，需在客户现场协助客户共同寻找事故原因排除故障

4、 培训

根据分析流程和产品检测标准，对技术员进行分析和检测方法的培训和指导

岗位要求:

学历: 电子类专业，硕士或以上学历

特殊知识或技能: 熟悉汽车工作原理，有汽车维修的经验；沟通能力和动手能力
