JOB FUNCTION: (Why job exists, what areas it impacts on)

Job purpose:
Support QC bell and robot equipment

Key challenges (in first 6 – 12m):
1. Spray painting equipment with automatic control, need painting and automation knowledge to maintain the equipment well.
2. Support technical and QC lab for all painting equipment, setup PM system and spare parts system for them.
3. Painting equipment run 24 hours everyday, may need support during night shift and weekend.

Core Responsibilities:
1. Responsible of keeping painting equipment running in good condition, monitor equipment status and continue improvement the performance of equipment
负责保障喷涂设备处于良好运行状态，监控设备运行状态并持续改进。
2. Participate in automation technical parameter and design review, Control system and auxiliary equipment evaluation and selection
参与自动化技术参数和整体设计的评审，控制系统和辅助设备的评估及选型
3. Strictly Implement PM activities according to plan, perform troubleshooting for all equipment issue regarding of software and hardware to reduce down time, such as, control system, program, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and so on
严格依照保养计划执行设备预防性维修工作，解决设备出现的机电，液压等问题以减少设备停机
4. Make sure Equipment Integrity compliance with PPG requirements, such as update PM plan, SOP, PM checklist and equipment list.
确保设备完整性以符合公司的要求，如更新保养计划，标准操作，保养清单及设备清单等信息
5. Responsible of Spare part management, establish spare list, safety stock and order spare part in time to make sure no any shutdown due to part shortage issue
负责备件的管理，建立备件清单，安全量，及时购买备件以确保不出现由于备件问题导致的设备停机
6. Monitor energy consumption and work out solution to energy cost down constantly
监控能源的消耗，并提出改进方案以持续降低能源消耗
7. Organize and coordinate technician close routine work on time and provide professional training for technician
能组织协调技术员及时完成日常工作，并为其提供专业的培训
8. In charge the 5S of equipment also.
负责设备的5s。
9．Finish other works arranged by maintenance supervisor.
完成维护主管安排的其他工作。


KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS: (Requirements to do the job, and qualifications)

Experience:
1. Above five years working experience as maintenance engineer, automatic painting equipment maintenance experience is preferred.
5年以上大型工厂维修工程师经历，有自动喷涂设备维护经验优先
2. Experience of TPM is preferred.
具备全员生产维修管理的经验为佳


Knowledge & Skills (functional competences and capabilities):
1. Bachelor Degree, Major in Automation
本科学历，电气自动化专业背景
2. With maintenance experience of automatic equipment, familiar with programming of PLC, HMI, familiar with VFD application and programming.
具有维护自动化设备的经验，熟悉PLC、人机界面编程， 熟练应用变频器应用及编程。
3. Good at oral and writing business English; 良好的英文口语、书面能力。
4. Good PC skill 良好的电脑经验
