Key Responsibilities:
- Contact with Suppliers& Receivers
?Arrange payment to suppliers for cargo release, i.e. against Holding Certificate
?Work with receivers the LC issues, i.e. LC opening/ checking/ amendment/ amount increasing
?Prepare for documents
?Coordinate shipment
?Provide assay exchange
?Arrange payment out and payment in

- Contact with Surveyors
?Support weight, sampling and moisture determination
?Arrange assays and umpire assays

- Contact with Shipping Companies
?Nominate vessel or book liner
?Arrange cargo insurance
?Contact shipping agents and port authorities

- Hedge
?Check and declare QP
?Check hedge position and cards
?Provide hedge request
?Update profit and loss calculation
?Provide liquidation


Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- 3-5 years of traffic experience in iron steel and raw materials.
- Familiar with MS office, international trade procedure, numerate, good command of English and Mandarin.
- Have a high sense of responsibility and team work spirit, ability to work under pressure.
