Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· 2-3 years payment processing experience with multinational company or banking background

· Exposure to Fx control

· Previous experience in instating/maintaining a cash management system will be a plus

· Excellent data entry skills with a strong attention to detail required

· Ability to prioritize and work within time constrains

· Solid work ethic

· Ability to work in a team environment

· Ability to work productively with Word and Excel

· Basic understanding of SAFE regulations

· English: reasonably good in written and oral

Key Responsibilities

· Be responsible for verifying and processing payments/ transfers

· Handle cash-in

· Input/verify account profile setups

· Monitor account balances

· FX declaration with SAFE(外汇申报)

· Support account opening and closing process

· General assistance in other operating areas as and when requires
