About Risk Assurance

Business today is increasingly complex - from the way organisations are managed and structured, through increasing integration with business partners and service providers, to the ever greater levels of reliance placed on underlying information systems and business processes. In addition, new regulations - domestic and international - are placing a greater emphasis on the effectiveness of internal controls, and this often requires independent assurance. You will provide value-added insights that help to improve system and business control effectiveness across various organisations.

Job Responsibilities：

We are seeking for candidates with 5 or more years of managerial or consulting experience in the Telecommunication industry. Candidates with deep industry knowledge of Telecom’s financial function, treasury function, budgeting function, revenue assurance, and risk management is preferred.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Taking a active role for business deveopment and marketing activies, and active in working with partners and colleagues to identify and pursuit opportunities for consulting projects to telecom clients. (e.g., researching, seminar, proposal and sales presentations);
• Develop strong telecom-client working relationship beyond engagement-specific requirements;Taking a consultant's approach to the attest / assurance process of a client's operations utilising our practice methodology to assess our client's operations;
• Conveying pragmatic solutions to our client's complex business problems through the use of written reports and presentations; and
• Supervising, coaching, developing and leading teams and individual team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or above majoring in accounting, management , information systems, computer science, statistics, or other related disciplines;
• Attained recognized professional qualification, such as CPA, CIA;
• Solid experience in professional services, and other global consulting firm and other big 4 is preferred ;
• Strong sense in business development is required. Proven track record in business development activities is a definite advantage;
• Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English – and ideally in Chinese; and
• Effective project management, presentation skills , interpersonal and influencing skills are essential; and Flexibility to travel to out-of-town engagements.
