Capital Markets Group

PricewaterhouseCoopers has experienced professionals involved in public offerings, listings and private placements, both locally and internationally. In order to help our clients to raise funds or complete capital market transactions successfully in any of the major stock exchanges, we have a dedicated capital market specialist group to provide support on different regulatory regimes, listing rules and related regulations.

The China / Hong Kong Capital Market Services Group ("CMSG") is part of the global network of capital markets specialists. It comprises a core team of specialists who provide services to companies in connection with all aspects of mainland China and Hong Kong capital market transactions. These include advising our clients preparing for becoming a listed company, selecting the right market and advisory team, advising on group restructuring, accounting and regulatory issues and acting as reporting accountants. In addition, CMSG will coordinate and work together with our global capital market specialists to support your capital market transactions outside mainland China and Hong Kong.

For US IPOs, our Global Capital Markets Group ("GCMG") has presence in China and Hong Kong. It is comprised of professionals based in a total of 25 countries dedicated to provide advisory services to non-US companies keen to tap the US capital markets. It advises and supports clients on issues relating to capital markets fund raising, rules and procedures of the US Securities Exchange Commission, GAAP conversion, cross-border filing compliance and the other regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities：

To advise and support clients on issues relating to the application of accounting standards, rules and procedures of the US Securities Exchange Commission, including GAAP conversions, capital markets fund raising, cross-border filing compliance and the other regulatory requirements.

We currently have needs for Manager/Senior Manager to join our Capital Markets Group – Accounting Advisory Team. This group offers high growth where the work is challenging and exciting and the opportunities are endless.

As Manager/Senior Manager, you will be:

• Leading a team of professionals in delivering advisory services;


• Maintaining good relationship with clients in order to provide quality advisory services, as well as identifying business opportunities; and


• Providing coaching to team members.

Requirements:

Technical skills required:

At least 5 years' relevant experience for a manager and 8 years’ relevant experience for a senior manager, in external audit;

USGAAP & IFRS knowledge and auditing technical proficiency, including but not limited to: asset backed securities, structured products, financial reporting, valuation of Derivatives, risk management/ hedging, financial & banking regulation;

Knowledge of SEC rules and regulations;

Public Company audit experience, must be a Certified Public Accountant or equivalent.

Business skills required:

• A proven record of establishing and maintain strong clients' relationship;


• Effective project management skills;


• Team player, strong leadership and communication skills;


• Highly motivated and reliable; and


• Adaptable to various work environments.
