1、大专以上学历，国际航运、物流/货代、国际贸易、英语等相关毕业；

2、3年以上海运出口相关业务操作经验；

3、客户需求处理：接到客户需求后，可以对其进行相应安排，协调各部门配合完成。

4、内部沟通协调：对于客户订单要求，及时和仓储及运输沟通，达到客户目标。

5、英文，能熟练使用英文与客户进行沟通、收发邮件，有海外留学经验尤佳；
6、具备良好的管理协调能力、沟通能力及分析解决问题能力，较高的物流成本管理和控制能力；

7、性格开朗、为人诚信、工作仔细认真，服务意识强，能承受一定的工作压力；

8、具有较强的自学能力，精力充沛，有敬业精神及团队合作精神，并对物流行业工作拥有高度热情；
9、要求对工作有很强的责任感，工作认真负责，有创意，具有优秀的领悟力和高度的企业忠诚度；
10、具备协调以及解决问题的能力和良好的团队精神；
11、善于与客户沟通，执行力强，可以独立操作本岗位的流程，正确面对工作压力；
