POSITION SUMMARY:
As part of the Revenue Management team managing VY and LG sailings out of Shanghai, Tian Jin and Hong Kong.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage China sailings – both pricing and inventory to maximize yields.
2. Analyze selling status/progress to leverage wise pricing strategy in China and world wide markets.
3. Allocate cabin resource depends on sourcing targets China, APAC IR, and other markets hold on sailings.
4. Implement China Allotment model for China markets – helping and monitoring local operation’s transactions between the office blocked pool and the actual incentive/promotional groups.
5. Monitor FIT(Individual) selling progress and propose action necessary for cabins available for sell.
6. General inventory control to manage overselling / underselling risk.
7. Through the use of internal data measure price elasticity to assist in defining price or volume opportunities.
8. Monitor Competitor actions, tracking deployment and pricing over time.
9. Ad-hoc analyses on areas that impact demand i.e. policies, booking terms and conditions. Etc

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

? Part of a team who’s primary objective is to support the deliver of the Net Ticket Revenue Plan

QUALIFICATIONS:
List the minimum level of education and experience required to perform the work at the entry level of the job.
? Ability to work with mathematical concepts i.e. probability, percentages, ratios, etc
? Ability to work under pressure to deadlines
? Strong personal organization required & ability to work to deadlines
? Strong verbal and written communication skills

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

? MS Excel to intermediate or advanced level
