ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Team Administrative Support:
a) Support the team regarding traveling, hotel and rental car arrangements and receiving internal & external visitors
b) Coordinate meetings, appointments and teleconferences and take minutes of meetings when needed
c) Check team expense and other administrative expenditures
d) Support team and customer events
e) Documentation filing and other issues assigned by manager

QUALIFICATIONS:
a) Bachelor degree
b) Proficiency in Mandarin and English
c) Proficiency of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, WebEx, etc.
d) Fresh graduates or around 1 yr of relevant working experience in marketing/ sales or administration
e) Diligent and eager to grow in an innovative environment
f) Self-motivating and proactive
g) Innovative/creative, down to earth, willing to do
h) Excellent communication and good documentation capabilities
i) Team player
